Lovely people, management rolling with recent changes with an improved direction for the company Very cool products in a consistently growing industry

Cons

Sometimes a bit disorganised Silo'd teams though this is improving - consequence of lots of acquisitions

- Great work / life balance - Multicultural environment - Freedom to be creative - Learning from industry leaders in fashion and retail - Speed of innovation + realistic roadmap (no waiting years for R&D enhancements!)

Cons

- Most employees are fully remote workers so need to be okay with that - National / International travel to customers is expected on regular basis (1-2 times per month on average)
