Product has potential, leadership has none

Pros

Most people were easy to get along and work with.

Cons

Leadership is lost and does nothing to better themselves or the company. If they brought in an actual leader and nailed down their product/solution packaging, they would have a chance to succeed but the CEO is a recluse and there is no common goal the company is working towards.

Upper management buries heads in the sand

Good salary. Remote work. Pleasant co-workers.

Cons

Upper management will do nothing to resolve problems. Multiple people (6 or 7 by now) have quit because of certain individuals and upper management will do nothing to fix the problems with those individuals. They'd rather let talent walk out the door than take any action to correct a problem. If you mention an issue with these problem individuals, they will tell you you're being too emotional. These individuals are also not held accountable and therefore do whatever they want. They also just let 1/3 of the IT team go and 1/3 of the help desk go, yet plan to double the size of the company. Things will not get resolved in a timely manner. Security is ridiculous and almost impossible to do your job with everything they have in place.

A not so slowly sinking ship. Really not sure what it keeping it afloat at this point.
