      Pros

      Good company to work for and get experience within Salesforce. The senior managers know there stuff.

      Cons

      Lower then market rate pay and sometimes a startup feel as it can be unprofessional due to one or two staff members.

      Pros

      I worked at Ceterna for 4 years and I can honestly say that it exceeded all expectations. The management team are incredibly supportive - they invest in your personal development whether it be certifications, courses, or setting out a clear career path. All teams have great trust in one another - as PMO, I worked closely with the PMs and delivery teams and the willingness to collaborate and knowledge share really showed how great the teamwork was! I would not hesitate in recommending Ceterna to any one!
