      Friendly and supportive management, lots of recognition for your effort, LGBT+ inclusive, all around just a great place to work

      Cons

      Only real complaint is just how early I have to get up but that's just because I work remotely from the opposite side of the country, other than that no real complaints

      -Clear communication from leadership, I've seen leadership go to bat for employees on more than one occasion -Coworkers are very friendly to work with -Compensation is solid
