      CBT offers an incredible level of autonomy. You're trusted to take ownership of your work and encouraged to bring new ideas to the table. There's no shortage of opportunities to learn, grow and create meaningful solutions. The work we do is impactful, the people are supportive and leadership is approachable and invested in employee success.

      Cons

      If anything, I sometimes find myself wishing for even more opportunities to contribute and be involved! The work is so engaging and I am always excited to see what opportunities are ahead.

      Pros

      Coworkers were all very professional. Execs are all down to earth guys who are a blast to hang out with. I was able to gain a lot of experience.

      Cons

      On the day I was laid off, my manager ghosted me and wouldn't respond to me even though I was just wanting to discuss the state of the code that I was in the middle of working on. I thought we were on really good terms, but that just made me feel even worse about losing my job...
