Pros
None, at this stage. Salary is OK, although not when you factor in the additional hours and strain on mental health.
Cons
I was sold a totally different role in comparison to the one I currently occupied. Bogged down my admin, undertaking no nitty gritty PR activity such as media relations. Impossible work environment. Told it's down to 'time management'. Account Executives in tears on a weekly basis.

Some good colleagues who try to create value for the customers under impossible conditions.
Cons
Completely cynical attitude toward customers. Constantly invoicing extra hours. Copy and paste is the normal procedure. Management consists of blame-mongering under achievers and a complacent owner who is a psychopath. Training and career advancement opportunity is extremely limited. Discrimination and clique mentality. Always a team of lawyers ready to take action against customers and staff. Severe HR issues, bullying and stalking are covered up. Documents destroyed to cover up evidence.
