Ownership please make the change this company needs
Pros
The company was originally built with good ethics morals and wonderful products that would truly help customers in their homes. Today under its current leadership there are no ethics no morals although they like to talk as if they do to your face when it comes time to act they will throw you and all of the customers under the bus if it saves a penny You need to watch your back at every turn
Cons
I’ve worked at this company for a long time over 10 years and I’ve had a lot of great memories with it but if you’re considering employment at this organization my advice to you is run away. The upper level management in this company has a stranglehold over all of its employees it’s difficult to breathe without them controlling it yet they don’t have the perspective of an employee at any level in mind this makes doing your job incredibly frustrating and almost impossible . Having any type of quality of life is very difficult working at this organization you will Need to do the work of at least two people because the company is significantly understaffed as they laid off a large part of their workforce in an effort to increase profit margin which they haven’t seen in years and when you finally do make it home your frustration level will be so built up it’s difficult to interact with your loved ones. They will also change how you are paid year to year also in an effort to boost bottom line at the expense of its employees sanity What I don’t understand is how the owners in this company with all of the reviews and negative input that all seem to say the same thing about the same people in upper management, how those people have not recognized this as an issue if they continue to allow what is truly going on in this organization to continue then I am concerned there won’t be an organization to be concerned about unfortunately for the company and unfortunately for me and Champion employees because I really do Believe that this was a special company years ago.
