Despite the fact that you were still working at your former company you had to drop everything for them anytime prior to officially starting with the "organization". Once hired there was no training and no support. The team had to be in office at 8 am and finish the day at 5 pm also in the office. They do not get that outside sales reps actually go out! From the weekly Friday afternoon meeting to "check in" on all your activity (micromanage) to the miserable team, dry social functions like Christmas parties to awards night, this place is particular and horrible. This organization lacks polish, professionalism and has several rotten apples amongst the team.
