Pros

Potentially a way to get your foot in the door at a better JDI owned company, but I only ever saw one person manage that.

Cons

-Incredibly high stress levels -Sales people will literally scream at you at your desk -Constant turnover -Zero training -Impossible expectations -Awful pay Majority of management doesn't care what sales people do to get what they need to make a sale. Whether that is breaking company policy to get things done, coercing other employees into doing the same, etc. Overall the most toxic environment I have worked in. Some managers are good, but most look out for themselves and their results only. Lots of good hard working employees but most end up leaving. Another fun thing to note is they have NO HR!!! They have a 60+ year old secretary who is the assistant to the GM who acts as HR but has no training and sits in a cubicle... So good luck raising any concerns when your boss sits across from her and she's his assistant.

Pros

RRSP contribution by employer, Gas card, free parking at office

Cons

Unusual practices during the hiring process from asking Employees to do a medical test within an hour notice to "needing" to come in and sign documents that day as it "was urgent". Despite the fact that you were still working at your former company you had to drop everything for them anytime prior to officially starting with the "organization". You were expected to be on their time prior to your official start date. Long series of ethics testing which seemed like out of 1950s. "Would you take a penny you found on the floor?" Once hired there was no training and no support. The team had to be in office at 8 am and finish the day at 5 pm also in the office. They do not get that outside sales reps actually go out! From the weekly Friday afternoon meeting to "check in" on all your activity (micromanage) to the miserable team, dry social functions like Christmas parties to awards night, this place is particular and horrible. This organization lacks polish, professionalism and has several rotten apples amongst the team.
