      Pros

      1. A high trust environment, most people have worked together before 2. Lovely company culture. A lot of respect and appreciation across teams. 3. Many customers love the product 4. Exceptional engineering team

      Cons

      In my opinion more responsibility for the product's outcomes should be delegated to the Product Managers and Product Designers. I have seen progress in this area, but there is more to do.

      Pros

      I did my due diligence when looking for a next role and the 5 stars for CE almost felt too good to be real. After some time here I can confidently say they are absolutely real. We also have a 5star G2 page, leadership at CE knows what it's doing. I have found no where else with this level of autonomy, flexibility, loveliness, meaningfulness, colleagues, progression, package, empathy, and respect than that I have found with CE => I can never leave. As a startup I am super impressed about the analysis going into ensuring the right decisions to be a successful product/company.
