Pros

Meeting new people I'd say the free iPad , but you don't need it.... and it's not actually yours! The wages.... oh wait!!, it wansnt what was stated in the contract! The support, oh wait, there wasn't any!! .... working for Panasonic, oh wait your not, because if you were you would be treated with a lot more respect and appreciation

Cons

Undervalued, misled, unappreciated, conned(no-bonus), and if your put in currys expect to do Your job for Panasonic and also work for Currys, as they take advantage of the fact your on 'their' shop floor, your permanently reminded that you are their guests and they rule the roost! Fair do's, I appreciate the fact that they need to do their job! But they don't appreciate your there to represent Panasonic and not sell HDMI cables and care plans.... your basically working your job, and working for currys for free

Pros

Some of the other people on the campaign were ok. The training was fun.

Cons

Poor team management, no contact, communications purely by email Poorly paid, the money is better elsewhere Lack of respect for workers.Just rude and abusive frankly That bald guy I think he was the CEO came across like a egomaniac market stall trader. Quite unlike anything else I have ever witnessed. From personal experience they don't seem to be able to organise a party in a brewery. Avoid there are far better agencies out there

Pros

You get to work 7 days a week for the benefit of the people at the top for a basic wage You get a company car that your are fully liable for if you are full time

Cons

HR laws are flouted when they want to get you out of the business The office culture revolves around one person and making that one person happy The owner of the company hates the office so rarely turns up, when the MD turns up its with dogs in tow You are expected to work 24 / 7 You are expected to do the extra 10000 miles to deliver If a client suggests they are not happy with you then your name is on the list to be sacked They constantly have one person that they are unhappy with, they in time sack that person and then find another person to be unhappy with and start the cycle all over again. Only the top 4 employees are on over 40K a year with PMI and a load of other benefits (MD, Sales Director, Client Services Director and Finance Director) The client services managers are on 25k with some of the field staff earning more.
