Pros

- Some of the people here work very hard and some are very smart indeed - Good expenses policy, i.e. lack of ref tape - Relaxed culture with regards to family exceptions

Cons

- No managerial accountability or managerial skills - No performance review structure - Blame culture engulfs all parts of the business - Non-transparent communications in all departments, from top to bottom - Pay disputes with regards to bonus - Lies around share distribution - Sales team given all the respect, and allowed far more margin for error than other departments - Personality clashes are not properly dealt with and impact subordinates

Pros

None. Or maybe the snack bar.

Cons

Unfortunately, this was one of the most toxic team environments I’ve experienced. On the surface, people present themselves as friendly, but the culture feels performative and inauthentic. Couldn't work here for longer than 6 months. There is a strong sense of groupism that makes it easy to feel excluded, and certain individuals are subtly singled out in ways that negatively impact confidence and morale. Leadership plays a big role in this — there is clear favouritism, and it’s hard not to notice how unevenly opportunities and support are distributed. The environment is highly hierarchical, with little psychological safety for juniors. Rather than feeling supported or developed, junior team members are often made to feel small or replaceable. Overall, the culture prioritises appearances over genuine collaboration, which makes it a difficult place to grow or feel valued.
