      Some good people worked there for brief periods.

      Cons

      Very poor pay. A nightmare as far as organization with a constant turn over of people and management. Very unsupportive environment and horrible technology issues.

      Pros

      Small company willing to challenge you. Owner is present all the time in the office.

      Cons

      Not willing to embrace changes or willing to set clear expectations. They expect people to figure it out. Old time managers resent and feel threatened by new people coming in. The owner isn't willing to stand up for what his new team members say won't work to his clients.
