Plenty of training classes available through the Citys O.D. & L. department. Average salary for Charlotte, below average for Rail.
Cons
Negative, sexist, racially divided environment. A group of front line employees take the role of the "poor me" victim too far. VERY hostile work environment unless you are adept at ignoring blatent, over the top stupidity. HR and upper management are less than useless in adequately addressing problems to affect positive changes that enhance employee relations, trust and productivity. Their refusal to address problem staff make things worse. Worst job I've ever had in over 30 years.
