Large company, great social events and opportunities to develop and progress in career. Competitive leave allowances.

Cons

Below market salaries, boys club & tight-knit Mosman/private school culture. Very hierarchical culture, the men can get away with just about anything. Some very bad behaviour exhibited, with no repercussions.
