      The leadership and staff are very invested in employee growth, professionally and personally. The benefits are good. There's a diverse culture of employees

      Cons

      The contracts are siloed so there is not much interaction with co-workers who may not be on your project.

      Pros

      Chartis offers competitive pay, a great benefit package, encourages and supports professional development, the staff is friendly & diverse, and they are transparent with their staff and listen to them. The company gives you opportunities to become involved with their growing business. I have been a federal contract employee for 18 years and Chartis has been by far the best company I have worked for.

      Cons

      No actual cons, however if you want to move up, you may need to pave your own path (i.e. create a project to manage), but there are opportunities. I sometimes felt overwhelmed with my workload, but when I asked for a backup, management started the process (so be sure to speak up!)
