Don't do it!

Pros

The training was pretty thorough.

Cons

No room for advancement, owner Roy Abernathy basically makes decisions based on whoever he is talking to at the moment. No sales leads or help finding them. Branch I was at had no revenue (it was like this before I started) and this was blamed on employees who were still in training and weren't even allowed to talk to clients at that point. Before hiring new employees, make sure you can afford them instead of hiring them and changing your mind.

Pros

There are branches all over and Corporate is in Atlanta, GA. If your branch is doing well you can fly under the radar and just do your thing. The pay is ok if you negotiate a decent structure for your commission element.

Cons

The CEO is extremely religious and political and he forces his views upon everyone. He would send out weekly summaries and include his thoughts on current events or the country as a whole. Crazy turnover throughout the branches. For how much money the company makes, the benefits are not very good.
