      Great ethos, garnering an ever increasing focus for the product. Working very hard towards modern streamlined infrastructure.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity when joined regarding role focus. Could improve staff progression plans.

It's brilliant to read your comments, We are focusing very hard on the product and technology infrastructure and it's great to see that this is having the desired effect. Regarding your comment on lack of focus in the early days, we are about to launch a revamped induction process so that new joiners get a much more immersive experience going forward, with a greater focus on the early days experience. We also have a plan in place to increase learning and career development opportunities.

      Pros

      Checkit has a really nice work culture and offers a good work life balance. Within the company there are a lot of opportunities for skills enhancements and also offers good learning platforms. Benefits are very well according to employees needs. With different teams and the hybrid work culture, company arranges off-site events to have cross team interactions(not just related to work) and that makes you feel part of the company.

      Nothing that I could think of so far.
