      Pros

      Unprofessional, uncaring, cheap, start up alright! Stay away, you have been warned. Poor benefits compared to other companies and employees are in a boiling room environment. Get ready to be micro managed with management breathing down your neck all day. Unprofessional environment and nonreal skills needed to work there!

      Cons

      Poor management. They have no real tools for employees to do their jobs, yet management takes expensive trips overseas. No vacation time, some employees get paid way more than others to do the same job.

      Unfortunately we have reason to believe this review was written by a disgruntled employee who was let go after 2.5 months on the job due to poor culture fit with the company. This employee was given 1 month severance and 2 months fully paid benefits and was offered help in finding a new job. We are sad to see this review coming from someone we believe was given a very fair shot at being successful at our company, and treated with great respect when she was let go. We work hard to create a great work environment and culture and are proud to see all other reviews being so positive.

      Left loyal employees high and dry in a crisis

      Met some great people, made lasting friendships.

      Cons

      Low base pay compared to marked. Outsourced employees to Philippines to save money. Consistantly micromanaged. For example if you are in restroom too long your manager might ask “ it’s been ten minutes since you made a call were you been ?”

      Very sadly we had to lay off a large number of employees because of covid-19’s impact on our business, which has been devastating. We wouldn’t have let you go otherwise and we regret you feeling like we’ve left you high and dry. We would not be able to survive as a company without these layoffs and understand the unfortunate impact this has had on our beloved employees who had been let go. We hope to be able to recruit back as many of these employees as we can once we are out of the crisis.

      Some people are very passionate and you can learn about the food and beverage industry. Built very great friendships with hardworking people.

      Unmotivating work culture, relatively low compensation, unqualified managers, and micro-management in the wrong places
