Pros
Friendly coworkers with frequent meetups(organized independently). The company also provides chances to learn about US and international operations. The upper-management was understanding when I left to pursue further education.
Cons
Upper management plans out R&D with very little space for innovations and experimentations. Little to no formal training with few chances to learn more about the industry. Compensation is low. Repetitive.
