Unstable work environment and no true reward for hard work

Pros

If you want exposure to technology that is not mainstream and don't mind the cons, this is your place. Matt Nelson is a hard working man and may be the reason this company still exists.

Cons

I would never work here again. For many reasons, I just won't even consider it. If the management was to be fully replaced, I would reconsider, but I was not happy.
