Pros

I loved my position as a Payroll & Compliance Specialist. I enjoyed playing a supporting role with my Payroll team. I became proficient in ADP, but enjoyed learning new things.

Cons

There have been no raises of any kind in three years for non-management employees, and none are forthcoming. Management does not appear to value employees. There has been an extraordinary reduction in the corporate workforce since the new CEO took over. Cherry Hill Programs is owned by an investment firm and has had a very low profit margin over the last few years.

Pros

Some pleasant interactions with families, weekly pay days.

Cons

I don’t even know where to begin. During Christmas seasons staff are left in uncomfortable situations with Santa’s because management doesn’t want to deal with it. I had an underage staff be harassed by one and was told as stated in another review “it’s only two more weeks” while myself and my staff had to make sure we were using the buddy system to even come close to this man, when I took things into my own hands I was yelled at. For three years in a row I have worked in a district with similar problems, nothing is ever done and if it is it is not in a timely manner. UPPER MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT LOWER STAFF. They will promise you bonuses that you can’t obtain because they make your sales plan so high it’s up achievable, they will tack on your work load until you are getting no days off and won’t blink an eye. No help with staffing, if you don’t get enough applications you better be prepared to work yourself to death. Pay is minimal compared to other customer service jobs especially at an associate level. They implement practices that make no sense and seemingly serve no other purpose but to micromanage and make our jobs harder.
