      Pros

      I worked for Chetu in a sales role which was UK based, all my co workers were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are an extremely well organized company, with policies and practices in place to ensure everyone is successful. I am not easily impressed, but everything about Chetu impressed me. I left for personal reasons, which was the hardest career decision I have ever had to make.

      -Literally none, please just close down your company - I feel disappointed working for a company like Chetu - Customers calling me saying the product consistently breaks - Ruined my reputation just to make this company a couple thousand dollars - THINK before SELLING/BUYING - they will overcharge you for anything and everything

      Cons

      - Micro management an extra - Managers are morons following Atals commands - No real help, just follow the process - Threats for removal of commission and termination of contract, should you not make them money - The developers are unexperienced, forced to learn and make it work on the job, apparently one died during Covid due to being forced to attend

      Pay is ok... You learn how to not sell.

      Cons

      Not a great first step into Tech sales. Toxic Managers. Toxic micromanagement with emablement team. Lots of unhappy customers. Departments are data silos and communication is not easy within the company with no open door policy made me feel isolated. Management based in America and its not easy to communicate and talk about sales strategy. Should have just kept looking for something else it was a waste of my time.
