Busy work Campaign performance and client happiness is everything. This is prioritized above anything else. So if you’re good you stay. If you aren’t good, you leave upset. More social events needed for teams

Pros

ChicExecs is a fast paced culture with many opportunities for growth and career advancement. I am grateful for the remote work from home work set up and a strong and supportive team. On the PR side, we work with some of the finest publicists in the business that genuinely care about their clients.

Cons

We work very hard and service a higher volume of clients which makes for very busy and challenging days however we work with a lot of incredible brands which is very rewarding.
