Pros

Your supposed to be able to work your own hours in theory in reality they treat you like an employee.

Cons

Everything. This company continues to flout independent contractor laws and the IRS and IDOL seem incapable of reigning them in. I am suggesting both the agencies listed above send in undercover drivers to collect the evidence. You are treated like an employee not an IC

Pros

can't think of any at the moment

Cons

Management lies about possible earnings. During the mass interview process, they tell drivers that they can earn as much as they can depending on how much effort they put into the job. In reality, there's lots of down time between pickups and deliveries (you don't get paid for this), they charge you for using their equipment, and it's mandatory that you sign up for some BS independent contractor association. When all is said and done, you probably make about $5 an hour after expenses and gas.

Pros

Nothing at all. It is a big scam company . I hope the IRS closes them. They treat you like an employee but you are an independent contractor!

Cons

They lie to you about how much money you will be making. Go work for McDonald's it is better than using your own car with low pay
