Where do I start? Chief Media is such a great place to work and the people there are really awesome as well. I worked for the Digital Media Manager who is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. The work is engaging as you get to work on campaigns for a lot of different clients and it is satisfying to see your efforts result in direct, measurable revenue for them. The company culture is really great too and there is a sense of community there. There is free pizza and a free happy hour on Fridays, which helps you get to know your co-workers who work in different departments. People often eat lunch together in the conference room too, which is really nice. The management is very open to trying new things and innovating processes if you have an idea you want to try. There is also a great work/life balance and people are usually finished up by 6. I highly recommend working for the digital department as you will learn a lot and have the opportunity to work on national media campaigns right away.
