Not really much pros. The store had a nice location I guess

Manager was selfish, didn’t pay employees enough, schedules everyone around himself. Calling out was not allowed etc etc

Chilli Beans' Indonesia manager and owner is very friendly, understanding, and cares a lot. Pay is also very good, with commisions
Cons
At least where I was stationed there wasn't many people coming in, so had nothing to do the whole day. But other locations are very rushed
