Pros

Where do I even begin:) Positive work culture - One of the best I have experienced so far. Learning- Wide areas of expertise to be learned Friendly Environment Best Leadership I get to work with all smart people, this organisation truly cares about its employees. I joined Chingari after a little break, and nothing seemed difficult for me, they welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at ease. I am very lucky to have found the best BOSS in the world, his guidance and support is everything to me :) I truly believe in “If you love your work, you don’t work for a single day” I just love it here. Thank you Chingari! Yours truly, Diligent Employee :)

Pros

Prepare to be amazed, amused, and occasionally infuriated by the grand spectacle that is Chingari. This place is like no other, with a unique blend of learning experiences and an ungodly amount of work to keep you on your toes. It's a rollercoaster ride that's not for the faint of heart, but it does come with a few perks. Learning Extravaganza: If you've ever dreamt of joining a company that takes experimentation to a whole new level, Chingari is your ticket to the wild side. They've turned the workplace into a mad scientist's lab where you can learn the art of chaos management, juggling impossible tasks, and deciphering the cryptic language of crypto buzzwords. You'll leave with a PhD in business absurdity. The Upper Management Show: Oh, the upper management, the so-called "core core group" of geniuses who've mastered the art of spending other people's money. They're like the circus ringmasters, conducting a symphony of financial extravagance while somehow convincing themselves that they're revolutionizing the business world. It's a sight to behold, really, and you'll gain a profound appreciation for the art of financial gymnastics.

Cons

Now, let's not forget that every circus has its clowns, and Chingari is no exception. Overworking Olympiad: Be prepared to break world records in the Overworking Olympics. While you're busy learning the ropes, you'll also be tying knots in your work-life balance. Expect late nights, weekends that vanish into thin air, and the constant feeling that you're living in a real-life version of "Groundhog Day" without the humor. Crypto Buzzword Bingo: Crypto, blockchain, NFTs, DeFi—these buzzwords will become your daily mantra. But here's the catch: while you're swimming in a sea of crypto jargon, you'll often wonder if anyone in the company actually knows what they're talking about. It's like playing bingo in a foreign language, and the prize is a one-way ticket to Confusionville. In conclusion, Chingari is an experience like no other, a workplace that combines the thrill of learning with the chaos of overwork, all while the upper management plays with monopoly money and crypto buzzwords. If you're up for a wild ride that'll leave you questioning the very fabric of reality, this is the place for you. Just remember to pack your sense of humor and a life-sized puzzle to keep you sane during those long nights. Welcome to the circus! 🎪🤡
