Absolutely unclear expectations, each team member has their own view on what the job looks like done correctly leading to unclear expectations. Management does not meet with or communicate with employees.
Lesson learned that working too efficiently and hard is no good. My hours and pay were cut immediately when they learned the job could be done more efficiently. Also was assigned all the work that no one else wanted to do. No benefits. I made a mistake accepting this job, but quit quickly enough.
