Co-workers were terrific, and worked very hard under a constant barrage of nonsense for upper management.

Cons

Management was utterly incompetent. There was open hostility towards employees that lead to disdain for the firm.

Cons

The firm seems to lay off the attorneys and staff who are the most proficient as they emphasize production and volume over quality. The attorneys managing the firm are frighteningly inept and unprofessional.
