      Friendly staff, considerate amount of PTO, advantages to work/shadow/intern different departments, great networking opportunities

      Overworked/lack of staffing, poor training and coaching, very poor compensation for hourly wage&goals, inconsistent communication of policies and procedures, lack of accountability from upper management

      I absolutely loved everyone I worked with, it felt like everyone did care about you

      Upper management doesn’t care about you and you are just a number. The pay and the insurance is actually terrible
