So many! Dinasaur management micro managing employees scrutinising phone calls and phone time. Receiving little to no guidance when you ask for clarification or help. Management telling you you’ve made errors when you haven’t and it’s actually them making the error. Body shaming, was told what shoes I can and can’t wear, inappropriate comments and excessive swearing by senior level managers, my breaks and bathroom breaks were micro managed. Was told I’m late when I start at 8.30 and getting into the office at 8.20am. Patronising comments made by senior level managers. Being severely underpaid
