The executive team is horribly toxic and has created an environment of fear and retaliation. The Chief Operating Officer has very little integrity and all but asks the employees to lie and misrepresent the company and the product to get sales booked. This resulted in the high turnover of quality employees. The executive team has the attitude that they are always right, so they do not take feedback or constructive criticism at all, therefore there is no improvement either in the work environment or the company writ large. I would avoid working here at all costs. The salary may be very competitive, but the work environment is not worth it.

If a company has to add positive reviews after an onslaught of realistic reviews just to improve their scores then it probably speaks to how highly "the truth" is actually valued. If you are seeking an environment where words hold no weight then Chooch could be a great match.
