      Great ministry to work for

      Pros

      CV is an incredibke ministry to work for, always looking for new ways to use technology to introduce peopel to Jesus. Staff are made to feel so incedibly valued and collegues are like family.

      Cons

      No real cons, just on occasion late night or early morning meetings with other collegues due to CV being a global organisation.

      - No commute support - Less medical and health support - Untidy in each section and no proactive control on accounts and so - No review after recognition of journal by a senior accountant - No deadline for jobs tasks - There is no review for the salary of employees based on a logical algorithm
