Pros

Competitive team, family owned company, and will teach you the job if you don't have a background in sign sales. Well paid job opportunities.

Cons

Owner runs a tight ship, and isn't happy when things aren't perfect. But what company is happy with mistakes?

Pros

I honestly cannot think of any pros.

Cons

The owner of the company is mentally, emotionally, and verbally abusive. He micromanages and undermines every employee at every level. He will then abuse you when things don't turn put right. He is also very unethical in his business practices. The pay is way below industry standard, there are no benefits, there is no PTO. So, you get abused for chump change and no future. Since there is no HR department or employee manual, you are subjected to "the policy of the moment". Current policy is you must give 30-days notice to take a day off. This makes doctor appointments a nightmare and guarantees you can't go on any job interviews (to escape this living hell).
