      Do well in spite of themselves.

      Pros

      Company has a great clientele, marketing a good line of products and hard working staff.

      Cons

      Management has no idea how to manage, leaving you to figure out what needs to be done. No room for growth, no incentives to do better, dead end positions. Medical benefits are not good and pay is mediocre.

      Great Job as an Intro to the 3D printing industry

      Pros

      exposure to unique machines and new manufacturers. Great exposure to other industry members for career advancement, travel to see industrial 3D printing settings.

      Cons

      very little redundancy for backup, expected to lead entire process line support and repairs with little help. No room for advancement in the company. Driving for machine repairs gets old.
