You'll find yourself working long hours, in the worst conditions and not receive compensation for overtime. The senior team doesn't want to train or guide the newer, inexperienced employees so they're often lost and slower with completing tasks. A lot of sneaky/under-the-table/hush-hush activity going on. As an intern, I was asked to do things that made me uncountable, like getting food to the senior team, making runs to the bank on behalf of the company, cleaning the office, etc. People got fired left and right. Very unhealthy working environment for sure.

Where to begin? This is a sham PR agency whose office is located in a dirty closet sized room in Flatiron. The culture is one of bullying, harassment, racism, and homophobia. Everyone from the top down is a bully and who leads by intimidation. A genuinely traumatic work experience where I was constantly devalued, scolded, and dehumanized. This place should be shut down. Additionally, they represent defunct brands and basically scam them by doing fake PR work and charging them a ton of money for fake impressions.
