Good Company but not in Finance

Cirtec is a growing company with lots of exciting projects going on.

Cons

The Finance department is a cesspool that has constant turnover because of the CFO. Unfortunately, the HR department reports to the CFO so there is nowhere for the team to go for filing a complaint about the treatment they are subjected to. There is a hotline to call but there is the fear of retaliation and of it being traced back to the employees so they struggle until they can't take it anymore and either quit or get fired by the CFO.

Expect salaried employees to put in significant (uncompensated) overtime, turn over is high as any minor discretion is cause for firing, even if the problem was unavoidable or not that employee's fault

Diverse type of projects and technologies, new facility.

Cons

Cirtec managment is really bad at managing customers and projects and that shows because customers retention and satisfaction is poor. Key customers and employees have left the company out of frustration and burn out. Engineers and production personnel are overworked and over stress.Teams are constantly fight fires, lots of people pointing fingers and thrown under the bus by management. There is this also very frustrating bean counting system that you have to input every 15minutes your time with notes. People spend more time counting their hours than actually working. Pay and benefits are less than competitive as compare to market place.
