Pros
Most colleagues are nice and helpful. You will have a lot of challenges in the work, because the clients come from various countries around the world.
Cons
The management is a bit of mess and emotional, and the whole company had lots of re-structures in recent years. Sometimes you have to work very hard and OT to meet the deadline. Since it is a small company, there is limited space for career path. Salary is low comparing to competitors.
