Nepotism and unequal distribution of work - Do not work here!

Opportunity to make good money for someone coming straight out of college.

Cons

The five star review is clearly written by the owners. Or, should I say at the direction of the owners. Owners and Account Managers seem to never be in the office and when they are, all they do is talk sports the whole time while constantly telling recruiters to come in early, stay late, and work weekends. Unless your a good friend or relative of a current employee your chances of success or slim. If you really want to get into the staffing industry there are plenty of other companies around. I would pass on CitiStaff.

All the positive reviews you can tell where written by owners. Not surprised they wrote them because they obviously spend time writing good reviews on their own company instead of focusing on the business aspect. This company offers no growth and when they do you will just get demoted as the GM did. You never have company meetings unless you do bad then they all panic. Overall lack of leadership. 0us most of the jobs you recruiter for are for company's that stink and no one wants to work for.

I was not chained to my desk and phone. I was allowed to leave. Good oppportunity for commission.

Cons

The strict hours. The management. The extreme lack of values and ethics. The treatment of corporate employees.
