Other staff were friendly and helpful
Cons
Upper management very unorganised and a lot of deflecting. Overtime promised in recruitment and a fight to be paid. Site walk around induction was sitting at a table with the health and safey advisor and told where to find things.

Great company for many years until changing of President and many VP's.
Cons
This company used to have a value of being employee/guest oriented and through changes in upper management, Human resources making many decisions, became more focused on stocks and a culture of fighting for survival within the company

Working in camp, no need to drive to work everyday.
Cons
Reduced/cut salary and benefits to workers. Upper management said that due to oil crash BUT they bought another company after reducing the salary for about $300M tsk tsk tsk...nice job...
