You get to work on some of the challenging problem statements. Your salary will come on time. Other than Taunts made by CTO there are no consequences for lack of aptitude and inefficiency. If you are in the inner circle of "The Family" you can treat other employees as doormats. If you casually threaten to resign they will give bonuses to keep you around. Very easy to play bluff with the HR. Get a fake offer letter and get a mid year raise. LOL...

This is a type of company that thrives on old style nepotism. Arrogant people with no experience and no capability are placed at higher position since they belong to "The Family". They are the final decision makers which you have to obey keeping your brain aside. Should stricly follow "Salaam Saab" culture. "Haanji Haanji" will take you to places in this company. HR from bottom of his heart expects you to call him Sir. The person with 2 yrs experience expects that person junior to him should call him Sir. It's that sort of total egoistic work culture. Worst HR Policies and a suitablly unprofessional HR to implement those. HR personally keeps eye on everyone to make sure everyones eyes are glued to the screen. Scolds the "Undisciplined" like they are high school students. HR infiltrates any conversations to gather the fresh gossips round office and conveys them dutifully to the management. HR policies gets changed overnight as per the whim of the management. Instant Hire and Fire model of business. People working on critical projects are fired overnight over an email without any knowledge transfer at all. The burden of continuing that work without any delay falls on the people who are left . Forget about creating your dependency and becoming untouchable. CEO keeps on feeding 100 lies per month as how the company is doing great financially and side by side fights with the employees for petty change like a team outing budget of Rs.500 per person. LOL right? The people having self respect or family responsibilities should avoid this company at any cost. Talk to some former employees on Linkedin before joining this circus.
