HSA account is held with private company that has "admin fee" that is deducted from your HSA account - Which cuts into the amount you can contribute into your account, and doesn't go towards your deductible. (Clango leadership chose to have employees pay that fee rather than the company cover it - and also removed other plans outside of high deductible plans during COVID because healthcare costs increased) 401K is below market average. Was told 5% during interviews, but that was completely misleading.
