Are you a warm, cheerful and hard working person who has faith in people? Do you want to become a mean, manipulative, distrustful person who is cynical about the world? Don't worry, spend a year (or even a few months) at this company, and avail your FREE! FREE! FREE! transformation from competent to frustrated! The only problem is that it is free for Classteacher too, since they are definately not going to pay you your deserved salary. Ever since I joined Classteacher, my parents are amazed at the transformation within me. They see me wake up early in the morning and pray for hours everyday. What they don't know is that I am praying to all the Gods to be rescued from this Hell on Earth as soon as possible. I fast a lot too, but not for religious reasons. I fast because by the time Classteacher pays me my salary for the month, only chillar is left in my pocket. Unfortunatley bank EMIs and landlords doesn't have a flexible payment scheme the way Classteacher does.
Cons
See above. Serioulsy, managers do not have any unity amongst themselves and are always fighting with each other. Owners take managers at their word are blind towards how the managers treat their team members.
