      Great Technology. Smart management team who are also honest, (quite rare). High growth, customers want to buy the solution.

      Salaries are good and flexible work-from-home policies.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical and nepotism is rampant. Power is concentrated with a few executives who are allowed to act with impunity. They will often override decisions based on their beliefs or opinions, not on expertise or knowledge.

      Pros

      Clavis is an exciting place to work at. The e-commerce space is continually evolving and growing, and it's fun to be a part of that. Plus, our clients are some of the largest manufacturers in the world, so it's awesome to have an impact in their business.

      Cons

      It can be hard working with HQ in Dublin for employees based on Boston, given the time differences.
