Pros
A lot of responsibility comes with your job due to the small business nature of this company. There will never be dry spells due to how busy you will always be. There are a lot of friendly people to work with as most of the people who work there have been there for 15-20+ years. You work with all of the departments in the business regardless what your title is, so you get to experience the different ways the company functions. There is a lot of flexibility in your work.
Cons
There is a lot of favoritism and judgement here since people have worked here for so long and are awkward towards newcomers. There is a warehouse division that has no heat in the winter and no A/C in the summer. The rest of the company has both heat and A/C to make workers comfortable, which I don't believe is entirely fair.

Pros
Some of the best people I have worked with. If you do a good job, your coworkers make it known. I have never received more compliments on my work ethic than here.
Cons
Management has issues with foresight. The Production side is controlled by a man that will put you on the hardest and heaviest position after you call in having back pain, and openly call it "punishment". They offer "incentive pay" but will take it away for obscure and random reasons. I would not ask my worst enemy to work here with the current management.
