Pros

Working from home in the US is allowed

Cons

Team in China under a lot of pressure and not allowed to complain. Extra hours without extra pay. Bad conditions. Forced to write good reviews. No bonuses, no health insurance, no benefits If management sees you are reaching out your goal before the end of the year, they will change the target so they make sure they wont have to pay you any bonus.

Pros

-Good people -Remote work -Decent healthcare

Cons

-Women are paid less than men. -The company was built on FREE interns and overworked/ underpaid talent that does not get what they are promised. -The CEO seems like a good guy when you interview only to find out he’s a micromanaging narcissist who forces his young Chinese workers to leave raving Glassdoor reviews. - The exec team is not truthful with the CEO and just buries their head on the sand . - The CFO and business “coach” to the CEO are a joke and are just there to stroke the CEO’s ego.

Good place to start your career in solar

Pros

You can learn everything about solar business: manufacturing process, supply chain, market. Get to meet a lot of interesting and important people, great multicultural experience. Can grow fast in the company. Office has many young people who can become good friends. Easy communication with top management, don't feel pressure while talking to very senior people.

Cons

No work life balance, can work 15 hours a day and it is not compensated. Even though it is a known problem in the company, the top management does not do anything about it and, on contrary, encourages to work more. Clients are all over the world and a lot of US clients, so have to work early and late hours which can affect your physical and mental health significantly. Low starting salary. Company is inclined to favor American employees over other nationalities.
