Rather be at any other place

Pros

It was working on new technology that is up and coming. The idea of a microgrid is good since it is needed everything in the future.

Cons

Working at this place is miserable. Dealing with people that have too much ego, lack of communication, and people do not even think before they execute. Poor workplace environment, where they expect too much to be completed, not well compensated, and people with obvious fake fronts. Everyone tries to protect themselves and plays the blame game everyday, especially when there are emergencies happening. They only care about business and getting border-line marketable products out with no merit to engineering or completeness. Overpromises to investors by claiming many things their system does, but does not. Worse of all, there are so many perverts that talk about females body parts and make sexual innuendos all day.

Pros

Learned a lot being at a start up. I was expected to step in as a project manager, which I may not have been able to do at a larger company.

Cons

Management lacked effective, transparent communication.

Beware

Pros

Management was horrible Did not care about employees Horrible Work Life Balance Ignorant and profit focused CEO

Cons

I cannot begin to express how horribly this company is managed. They do not care about their employees. Changes made with no guidance. They left the energy sector of the company in the hands of three kids, were told to lie about the battery supply, and were given to guidance. Easily 70 hour weeks with NO benefits - no sick pay. Said on instagram and on Feb 2022 press conference about “competitive and above market pay” for their employees. We were paid at least $10k below market value. Bonuses late. Profit focused. CEO makes way more than most CEOs for this size company. Sold entire stock of batteries for profit, after promising them to houses. Beware
