      Pros

      Worked in the UK office for 3 years. There were only 3 of us so we were very flexible and much autonomy to own your own projects. Worked remotely with development who were based in India

      The only area was no development opportunities

      1. Great learning opportunities 2. Employee friendly policies 3. Excellent benefits for employees at all levels 4. Leadership is very proactive, thoughtful and considerate. Good work is always recognized here and constructive feedback is provided most of the times 5. Focus is always on creating best in class results. They are doing very well in e-Learning space.
