      -Most of the people are great to work with -Casual environment -Pay is decent

      Cons

      -No sense of work/life balance -Expected to be available to work at all hours -Management is awful -No company-wide organization -Special treatment of certain employees, rules don't apply to everyone

      Pros

      Still employs many very good people who care about the customers and making great shows happen.

      Cons

      Current C-level leadership lacks knowledge of and experience in the entertainment industry and is unwilling to learn - only care about the bean counting. Former CEO/founder understands this is a who-knows-who industry and collegiality always wins over the number-crunchers.
