3yWe understand that a call center job can be challenging. We strive to give our patients the best in customer service. As far as time off, new hire employees receive 16 UTO hours (2 unpaid days) on their start date. Once they hit their 90 days, they will receive 40 PTO hours (5 paid days). Their time off will renew on their yearly hire date anniversary. We have a standard call-in policy that all employees agree and adhere to. While we are remote, our teams do have supervisory staff that is available to assistance employees. We appreciate our staff and the great work that they do!
